Remember these schools are in the business of selling classes. They would not be able to sell any classes if they made the profession out to be something that is difficult, dirty and that it takes a while to get it going well enough to do it full time.

The truth about home inspections is that it can be hard work. As a home inspector for appraisals you will find yourself in dark dirty crawl spaces and hot itchy attics. It takes a lot of commitment and determination to consistently enter these places in the name of doing a good job for the client. if you are looking for something to earn you some extra money it may take longer to get contracts.
